3. When Will I Be Charged?

  • Since all of our puzzles are handcrafted and personalized, your payment will be processed at the time the order is placed.

  • This allows us to secure the materials and begin the design and laser-cutting process for your custom piece immediately.

4. Sales Tax

As a business operating out of Munhall, Pennsylvania, we are required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to addresses within the state of Pennsylvania (6%).

  • For orders shipped to other states, sales tax will be calculated and applied at checkout based on local state regulations (if applicable).

5. Payment Troubleshooting

If your payment is declined, please check the following:

  • Ensure the billing address matches the information on file with your bank.

  • Check the card expiration date and CVV code.

  • If using a mobile wallet (Apple/Google Pay), ensure your connected card is active.
