1. Production Time (Processing Time)

All of our puzzles are made-to-order. We need time to customize, cut, and finish your unique piece.

Processing Time: 1–3 business days.
Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (EST) – (Eastern Standard Time). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
Business Days: Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. federal holidays).
Note: During peak holiday seasons (Nov-Dec), production time may be extended. We will update the estimated dates at checkout accordingly.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship orders using USPS and UPS to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

🇺🇸 Standard Shipping

Transit Time: 3–7 business days
Cost: $6.99 USD
Offer: FREE for orders over $50 USD

Expedited Shipping

Transit Time: 1–3 business days
Cost: $15.00 USD

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time (1–3 days) + Transit Time

3. Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO

P.O. Boxes: Please note that UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If your shipping address is a P.O. Box, your order will automatically be shipped via USPS.
APO/FPO/DPO: We proudly ship to military addresses via USPS. Please allow additional time for delivery (up to 30-45 days depending on location).

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to scan your package and update the tracking information.

5. Shipping Address & Delivery Information

Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to change or redirect orders once they have been handed to the carrier.
Lost or Stolen Packages: KinshipPuzzles is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. We recommend shipping to a secure location or a place where someone is available to receive the package.
Undeliverable Packages: If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping cost to resend the package.
