Thank you for visiting and shopping at Kinship Puzzles. We are dedicated to delivering your orders quickly and securely. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
2. Order Cut-Off Time & Business Hours
Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (CST - Central Standard Time), Monday through Friday. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.
Our Business Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (CST). We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays.
3. Order Processing & Handling Time
Because many of our products are personalized or custom-crafted, processing times vary depending on the product type:
Standard Products (Non-Personalized): 1 – 3 business days.
Personalized Wooden Puzzles / Custom Items: 3 – 5 business days (to ensure the highest quality engraving and craftsmanship).
Note: Handling time is the time from when your order is placed and confirmed to when it is handed over to our shipping carriers.
4. Transit Time & Shipping Carriers
Once your order has been processed and handed over to our shipping partners, the estimated transit time is as follows:
Estimated Transit Time: 3 – 7 business days.
Our Shipping Carriers: We partner with trusted domestic carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, to ensure safe and reliable delivery.
Total Estimated Delivery Time: > * For Standard Items: 4 – 10 business days.
For Personalized Items: 6 – 12 business days.
5. Shipping Rates
We offer clear and transparent shipping rates calculated at checkout:
Flat Rate Shipping: $4.99 for all orders under $50.00.
Free Shipping: Free standard shipping applies to all orders of $50.00 or more.
6. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours. You can monitor your package directly through the carrier's tracking portal.
7. Sales Tax
Sales tax will be calculated and applied at checkout where applicable, in accordance with local state regulations.

RETURN & REFUND
At Kinship Puzzles, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. Since many of our wooden puzzles are custom-made and personalized, please read our return and refund guidelines carefully.
1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Return Conditions & Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase (order number and confirmation email).
3. Personalized & Custom Product Policy
Custom / Personalized Items: Please note that products customized with specific names, engravings, or custom designs (Personalized Wooden Puzzles) cannot be returned or refunded for change-of-mind reasons, as they are uniquely crafted for you and cannot be resold.
Exceptions: If your personalized item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error (e.g., misspelled name caused by our production team), we will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our support team at support@kinshippuzzles.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping Fees
Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (damaged product, incorrect item sent), Kinship Puzzles will cover 100% of the return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label via email.
Customer Responsibility (Change of Mind): For eligible non-personalized items being returned due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.
6. Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
