Returns & Refunds

At KinshipPuzzles, every piece is handcrafted specifically for you. Because our products are personalized, our return policy is as follows:

1. Custom & Personalized Orders (Final Sale)

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all custom-made puzzles are Final Sale.

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for “change of mind” or customer errors.

  • We only accept returns or replacements if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing error (e.g., the name does not match your submitted order), we will make it right.

  • Reporting Window: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Evidence Required: Email support@kinshippuzzles.com with your Order Number, clear photos of the damaged item, and photos of the original packaging.

  • Resolution: After review, we will send a free replacement at no additional cost.

3. Order Cancellations

To ensure fast delivery, production often begins shortly after an order is placed.

  • Cancellation Window: You may request a cancellation within 6 hours of purchase.

  • Once production has started (after 6 hours), orders cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded.

4. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Return Shipping Cost: For items that are damaged or incorrect due to our error, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement.

  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees for defective or damaged items.

  • Return Method: Since most issues are resolved via a free replacement, a physical return of the damaged item may not be required unless requested by our team.

5. Mistakes in Customer-Provided Information

KinshipPuzzles is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or misspelled information provided by the customer. Please double-check the following before checkout:

  • Names and Children’s names.

  • Text inside the heart or any custom text.

6. Refund Processing Time

In cases where a refund is approved (e.g., order cancelled within the 6-hour window):

  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank’s processing time.
