Shipping Policy

At KinshipPuzzles, we take pride in creating handcrafted, personalized wooden puzzles. Each puzzle is made especially for you at our studio in Munhall, Pennsylvania, USA.

1. Production Time (Processing Time)

All of our puzzles are made-to-order. We need time to customize, cut, and finish your unique piece.

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days.

  • Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (EST) – (Eastern Standard Time). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

  • Business Days: Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. federal holidays).

  • Note: During peak holiday seasons (Nov-Dec), production time may be extended. We will update the estimated dates at checkout accordingly.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship orders using USPS and UPS to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

🇺🇸 Standard Shipping

  • Transit Time: 3–7 business days

  • Cost: $6.99 USD

  • Offer: FREE for orders over $50 USD

Expedited Shipping

  • Transit Time: 1–3 business days

  • Cost: $15.00 USD

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time (1–3 days) + Transit Time

3. Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO

  • P.O. Boxes: Please note that UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If your shipping address is a P.O. Box, your order will automatically be shipped via USPS.

  • APO/FPO/DPO: We proudly ship to military addresses via USPS. Please allow additional time for delivery (up to 30-45 days depending on location).

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to scan your package and update the tracking information.

5. Shipping Address & Delivery Information

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to change or redirect orders once they have been handed to the carrier.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: KinshipPuzzles is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. We recommend shipping to a secure location or a place where someone is available to receive the package.

  • Undeliverable Packages: If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping cost to resend the package.

6. International Shipping

Currently, we ship within the United States only. We are working on expanding our shipping to other countries in the future.
