Order Finality: Once an order is placed and production has begun, changes cannot be guaranteed.

Section 4. Products and Pricing

Pricing Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
Natural Materials: Our puzzles are made from natural wood. Variations in wood grain, texture, and color are normal and are not considered defects.
Laser Cutting Characteristics: Due to the laser cutting process, products may have slightly darkened edges or a light burnt wood scent. This is a normal characteristic of the manufacturing process.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that includes content we deem, at our sole discretion, to be:

Libelous, defamatory, obscene, or threatening
Infringing on the intellectual property or rights of others
